Which pens to use?
Essentially you can use any two pens of similar weight, provided that the back fits into the rubber grip provided.
We recommend Pilot pens for this exact purpose, as they fit perfectly into the rubber grips and being the same pen they counter-weigh one another perfectly.
These ball point pens with a 1.0 mm (medium) point are great to hold with their triangular-shaped soft rubber grips filled with oil based ink – available in two options - BPS-GP-M and the BPP-GPL-M (Light). Both options are available in three colours - black, blue and red.
Use any pen of your choice, but use the above guidelines when making your decision. Plastic pens are lightweight and therefore will not put any 'strain' on the ceiling mount, especially should you be using Prestik to mount the unit to the ceiling.
Once you find a pen you really like, we recommend that you buy a few of these and keep them close to hand, as your pens will be well used and will get finished rather rapidly. Better to replace pens well used than to replace them becasue they 'took legs' or 'floated out of the office or reception area'.
