Here are some TIPs on getting more from your sus-PEN-ded Holder - and it is such a small, convenient gadget too.
- When installing, "X" marks the spot - but make sure that the sus-PEN-ded Holder direction parrallels that of the desk below. Instead of marking it "X", draw a short straight line.
- The pins and beads are small, so take care when dealing with them. Place them in a plastic container or a coffee cup until finished.
- The supplied double-sided tape has been trimmed to the exact size, so no need of cutting. You will only get one chance to apply this, so be sure that it is in the right direction and place.
- It is important that the nylon line passes and hangs over the line guides.
- Use of Prestik is also a very viable option. This is especially useful if you are moving from one space to another or if you need to move the position of your desk.
- Pull the pen or stationary item towards you in an even motion - do not yank it!
- When you have finished writing, "give/put the pen back" - also in an even motion. Don't "throw the pen back" as this may leave it swinging - avoid the lines tangling.
- Use different items - pen and a pencil, or red and blue pens.
- You can counter weigh the pen with anything else of similar weight.
- You can allow the lowered pen to rest on the paper surface. It is then easier to grasp and make use of.
